Long term Objectives

• Help improve good governance by positively impacting the development of 10,000 (potential) leaders in Africa by 2030.
• Truely internationalize CIMEA by hosting the conference in at least three different African countries by 2030, thereby assuring CIMEA's impact on good governance in Africa and not only in Cameroon.
• Keeping Cameroon in mind as CIMEA's permanent home: Double the number CIMEA's national partners and triple the number of international partners by 2030.
• Increase the target reach and impact of CIMEA every year.

CIMEA 2020 Objectives

• Positively impact and directly help build capacities of 1000 (potential) christian / community leaders.
• Create Awareness of the CIMEA brand in Cameroon by reaching 100,000 Christians.
• (Other objectives for 2020 pending CIMEA Academic committee input).
